• FREE standard shipping for orders over $150.00
• Standard shipping time on average is 2-10 business days
• Express shipping time on average 2-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping calculated at checkout (based on weight)
• Delivery time on average 7-14 business days (may take longer dependant on location)

In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to lovingly package up your order for shipping. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS

Note if your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship it altogether when the pre-order item is ready be shipped. Delivery dates are an estimate and could possibly be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
